Permissions

Both individuals and companies can use it.

It can be applied to an unlimited number of self-promotion projects (presentations, internal communications, competition entries, non-paid press announcements, official websites, blogs, organic social platforms, etc.).

Two "Users" can edit the "Product" purchased by the "Licensee" and use its end product.

Restrictions

It cannot be used in paid digital advertisements (on the internet or other digital out-of-home platforms).

It cannot be used in paid print advertisements (magazines, books, flyers, billboards, citylights, or other printed platforms).

It cannot be used as part of a product for sale or order (T-shirts, software, applications, games, vinyls, etc.).

EXTENDED LICENSE

We have created this non-exclusive license for individuals and medium-sized businesses for self-promotion and with financial gain.

Permissions

Both individuals and companies can use it.

It can be applied to an unlimited number of self-promotion projects (presentations, internal communications, competition entries, non-paid press announcements, official websites, blogs, organic social platforms, etc.).

Up to 20 "Users" can edit the "Product" purchased by the "Licensee" and use its "End Product".

It can be used in paid digital advertisements with a maximum of 1 million impressions (on the internet or other digital out-of-home platforms).

It can be used without limitation in paid print advertisements on the local market (magazines, books, flyers, billboards, citylights, or other printed platforms).

It can be used for up to 5,000 items as part of a product for sale or order (T-shirts, software, applications, games, vinyls, etc.).

super star LICENSE

We have created this worldwide, non-exclusive license for individuals and large businesses with numerous sub-brands, with financial gain.

Permissions

Both individuals and companies can use it.

It can be applied to an unlimited number of self-promotion projects (presentations, internal communications, competition entries, non-paid press announcements, official websites, blogs, organic social platforms, etc.).

Up to 100 "Users" can edit the "Product" purchased by the "Licensee" and use its "End Product".

It can be used in paid digital advertisements with unlimited impressions (on the internet or other digital out-of-home platforms).

It can be used without limitation in paid print advertisements (magazines, books, flyers, billboards, citylights, or other printed platforms).

It can be used for up to 500,000 items as part of a product for sale or order (T-shirts, software, applications, games, vinyls, etc.).

Definitions

Product

On the website brandnewmockup.com, a compressed ZIP file is available for download as a result of a successful purchase by the "Licensee."

Mockup

An editable PSD file created with Adobe Photoshop 2024 software, which is part of the "Product." The purpose of the mockups is to assist designers and developers in visualizing their ideas and presenting the appearance of the final product to clients and other stakeholders. Mockups always include a layer whose content or appearance can be easily modified using a smart object layer.

End Product

The "End Product" is not editable (JPG, PNG, GIF, layer flattened TIFF, video formats, etc.) format file.

The "End Product" can only be used by the "Licensee" and the "User".

Licensee

"Licensee" is the individual or company who makes a successful purchase process on the brandnewmockup.com website. The "Licensee" assumes full responsibility for the use of the “Product” purchased.

The "Licensee" corresponds to the "User."

User/Seat

The "User" is in a business relationship with the "Licensee".

The "User" is the individual and entity (company and/or its sub-brands) who actively interacts with the "Product", edits, and creates "End Product".

The "User" can publish the "End Product" on online platforms owned by them or created with their own account (official websites, portfolio websites, blogs, social media platforms, etc.) or use it for internal purposes (presentations, internal communications, competition entries, non-paid press announcements, official websites, blogs, organic social platforms, etc.).

"Users" may not transfer a product in an editable format or its details to each other, even if it has been modified in any way.

Digital Advertising Impressions

This is a metric that indicates how many times a particular advertisement appeared to users on the internet or other outdoor digital surfaces.

Physical (Printed) Advertising Impressions

This is a metric that shows how many times people encounter a printed advertisement, such as in newspapers, magazines, posters, or flyers.

Resold Product

All products intended for sale (for example: mobile app, T-shirt, book, etc.).

General Information

Intellectual Property

All products on the brandnewmockup.com website are the property of us, the company that owns and operates the website. The ownership of the products will not be changed under any circumstances. By the purchase, we as right holders do not transfer any rights in connection to product as intellectual property and the Licensee does not become entitled to ownership or other claims under any legal title with respect to personal or proprietary rights of the intellectual properties. By purchase of the product the Licensee acquires only a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable limited right to use the product subject to the category of the license.

Thing’s You Can’t Do

Redistribution and resell of our products is not permitted under any circumstances.
Parts, elements or details of our products cannot be used as part of other products that are intended for a market in the same category as BrandNewMockup (stock images, templates, mockups) either.

We will take legal action if it is proven that our products are not being used in accordance with the terms of the license associated with the purchase.

Free Products

Products in the "Freebies" category have a "Super Star" license. Even in the case of free products, we reserve the right to update the product, therefore under no circumstances should it be made available for download outside of brandnewmockup.com.

Limit Update

After reaching any limit, you may be entitled to use our product if you purchase it again.
